Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
If you do not show up for your scheduled tour, no refund will be issued.
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
In case of severe weather (heavy rain, storms), we may:
Reschedule your tour, or
Offer a full refund
You may request to reschedule your tour (subject to availability).
We recommend contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you arrive late, your tour time may be shortened or canceled without refund.
All bookings processed through FareHarbor are subject to their system policies and fees.
