Bookings and Cancellations

To secure a reservation for a tour or activity, you must provide valid payment information. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or activity. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or activity will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel your booking, please contact us at centralparkridesny@gmail.com or by phone number +1 201 751 1111.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Participant Conduct

By participating in our tours or activities, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides and staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour or activity if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Khujand Express Corp, its employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
